Last updated: May 6, 2026
Effective date: May 6, 2026
1. Purpose
These Community Rules and Acceptable Use Policy explain the standards that apply when you use A1Zap's feeds, chats, direct messages, crews, campus spaces, communities, events, mini apps, creator tools, shared sessions, public pages, advertising products, and other Services.
The rules apply to users, guests, creators, publishers, hosts, advertisers, moderators, community administrators, campus administrators, event organizers, and anyone else who accesses or participates in A1Zap.
2. Respect, safety, and fair participation
Do not harass, threaten, bully, stalk, dox, blackmail, intimidate, humiliate, exploit, or abuse other people.
Do not target someone with unwanted contact, repeated invites, repeated messages, community spam, mass tagging, dogpiling, hostile pile-ons, or coordinated abuse.
Do not use A1Zap to promote, encourage, or facilitate hatred, discrimination, dehumanization, or violence against people based on protected characteristics or vulnerable status.
3. Minors, age rules, and youth safety
Do not use A1Zap if you are below the minimum age that applies to you. Do not lie about your age, help someone bypass an age gate, use another person's account to evade age restrictions, or operate a community or creator experience designed to attract users who are not permitted to use A1Zap.
Do not target minors with exploitative, manipulative, sexual, violent, addictive, age-inappropriate, or high-pressure content. Do not solicit private contact details from minors, move minors off-platform in suspicious ways, or use A1Zap for grooming, sextortion, sexual exploitation, or child endangerment.
Known minors may be subject to feature limits, including public discovery, direct messaging, creator publishing, monetization, paid ads, adult communities, and integrations. Australian users under 16 may be blocked from accounts or social features where required by law.
4. No sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate content
Do not post, request, distribute, create, threaten to share, or promote child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, sextortion content, sexualized deepfakes, sexual blackmail, or content that sexualizes minors.
If you encounter content or behavior that may involve child exploitation, report it immediately through A1Zap's reporting tools or by contacting help@a1base.com.
5. No scams, fraud, deception, or impersonation
Do not impersonate another person, school, company, creator, administrator, community, event organizer, government entity, or A1Zap in a misleading way.
Do not run scams, phishing campaigns, fake giveaways, fraudulent communities, deceptive events, fake investment opportunities, unauthorized fundraising, romance scams, job scams, credential theft, or misleading sponsored content.
Do not misrepresent whether content, endorsements, rankings, reviews, outputs, bots, accounts, or promotions are sponsored, automated, AI-generated, paid, affiliated, verified, or endorsed by A1Zap.
6. No spam, abusive invitations, or manipulative growth tactics
Do not send unsolicited commercial messages, bulk invites, repetitive comments, fake engagement, referral abuse, bot swarms, artificial traffic, paid engagement rings, misleading notifications, or other spam.
Do not use share links, public mini apps, guest sessions, campus invitations, events, DMs, crews, or public agents to distribute spam or deceptive promotions.
Do not evade unsubscribe, consent, notification, or privacy-choice requirements for email, SMS, push, in-app messages, or similar communications.
7. Protect privacy and personal information
Do not collect, scrape, export, sell, share, publish, or expose personal information without authorization and required disclosures.
Do not post private or sensitive information about someone else without permission. This includes phone numbers, addresses, passwords, access tokens, school identifiers, private messages, financial information, precise location, health information, immigration information, and non-public images or videos.
Do not use A1Zap to build shadow profiles, secretly track people, combine A1Zap data with third-party data for independent profiling, or conduct surveillance unless A1Zap expressly approves the use and all required notices, consents, and choices are in place.
8. Shared sessions, public links, and guest access
Do not tell users that a shared session, public mini app, guest flow, or public agent is private, anonymous, confidential, or temporary unless the product expressly supports that representation.
Hosts, creators, participants, community administrators, moderators, and A1Zap may be able to access inputs, outputs, files, session history, and metadata depending on the feature. Do not invite people into a session under misleading privacy expectations.
Do not upload secrets, credentials, highly sensitive information, or another person's personal information into a shared session unless you have permission and the feature is appropriate for that use.
9. Creator and mini-app safety
Do not publish mini apps, bots, workflows, prompts, integrations, or creator experiences that evade safety controls, collect undisclosed data, add hidden tracking, manipulate users, target minors improperly, overwhelm third-party systems, generate malware, impersonate people, facilitate harassment, or create material legal or safety risk.
Do not publish creator experiences that claim to provide professional, legal, medical, financial, employment, immigration, education, housing, credit, insurance, mental-health, or emergency advice unless A1Zap expressly approves the use and required safeguards exist.
10. Advertising, sponsorship, and endorsements
Ads, sponsored posts, creator promotions, referral campaigns, event promotions, and paid placements must be truthful, not misleading, and clearly disclosed where required.
Do not hide sponsorships, affiliate relationships, referral rewards, free products, paid placements, or other material connections.
Do not run ads or promotions that target known minors, sensitive groups, or restricted categories unless A1Zap expressly approves the campaign and required legal safeguards are in place.
11. No illegal or harmful content
Do not use A1Zap to engage in or facilitate illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, illegal gambling, illegal drugs, trafficking, unlawful weapons activity, terrorism, extremist violence, or unlawful discrimination.
Do not encourage self-harm, suicide, eating-disorder behavior, dangerous challenges, violence, or other serious harm. Content that discusses these topics for support, education, recovery, or safety may be allowed when handled responsibly.
12. Platform integrity and security
Do not hack, disrupt, overload, scrape, scan, reverse engineer, compromise, or interfere with A1Zap or any user's account, device, session, mini app, community, or data.
Do not upload malware, malicious code, exploit kits, credential stealers, unauthorized automation, spyware, or content intended to bypass platform security.
Do not circumvent rate limits, paywalls, Sparks accounting, app-store controls, age gates, moderation systems, privacy choices, reporting systems, or enforcement actions.
13. Campus, community, and admin rules
Community and campus administrators may set additional rules for their spaces, but those rules must not conflict with A1Zap's policies or applicable law.
Admins must not misuse membership lists, reports, moderation data, campus affiliations, phone numbers, age information, or other personal information. Admins must not represent that A1Zap has endorsed their community, event, promotion, or moderation decision unless A1Zap says so in writing.
A1Zap may override community or campus decisions, remove admins, preserve evidence, notify affected users, or restrict a space if needed for safety, legal compliance, product integrity, or policy enforcement.
14. Reporting, enforcement, and appeals
You can report content, accounts, communities, ads, creators, mini apps, events, or messages that may violate these rules. Reports should be made honestly and in good faith.
A1Zap may remove content, restrict features, label content, downrank content, age-restrict content, demonetize content, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, disable communities, disable creator experiences, block share links, or take other action if we believe these rules have been violated or risk exists.
Where we provide an appeal path, use it honestly. Repeated, abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith appeals may themselves violate these rules.
